  1. Cut the meat into thin slices about 0.5 cm thick. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash the aubergines and cut lengthwise into 0.5 cm slices. Grate the cheese.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Put the oil in the bottom of the bowl. Put the meat in the bowl, place a slice of aubergine on each piece and season with salt. Sprinkle with grated cheese and spread with mayonnaise. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, select power level 1, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. When finished, put the meat with the aubergines on a plate and garnish with the vegetables.


  • Veal fillet: 300 gr

  • Grated cheese: 150 gr
  • Mayonnaise: 60 gr
  • Salt, pepper: to taste
