Baked meat with potatoes and tomatoes

  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Slice the meat about 0.7 cm thick. Beat the meat and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Peel and slice the onion, grate the cheese, wash the tomatoes and cut into large slices.
  4. Mix the mayonnaise with the sour cream and dried herbs.
  5. Put the oil in the bowl and arrange the potatoes on top. Put the onions on top of the potatoes and add the mayonnaise and sour cream mixture.
  6. Add a layer of meat, a layer of tomatoes, another layer with the mayonnaise and sour cream mixture and then sprinkle with grated cheese.
  7. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, select power level 1, set 50 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  8. Gently divide into portions without ruining the layers and put them on a plate.
  9. Serve the plate hot, garnished with herbs.

  • Mayonnaise: 200 ml
