Baked mackerel with lemon and tomatoes

  1. Clean and dress the fish and season with salt. Wash the tomatoes.
  2. Grate the lemon zest. Sprinkle the fish with lemon zest and thyme.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Cover the bottom of the bowl with a sheet of aluminium foil then put the fish on top. Arrange the lemon slices and tomatoes on top of the fish, drizzle with oil and enclose the fish in the aluminium foil.
  5. Close the lid, select the AIRGRILL program, select power level 3, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  6. For a delicious crust, we recommend removing the upper foil 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
