Baked courgettes with tomatoes

  1. Wash the courgettes, cut off the ends and cut lengthwise into 0.7 cm slices.
  2. Wash the tomatoes, cut into slices about 1 cm thick. Grate the cheese.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Oil the bottom of the bowl with vegetable oil and arrange the courgettes slices on top then season with salt.
  5. On each slice place 2-3 slices of tomato, sprinkle with salt and grated cheese. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, select power level 2, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  6. Carefully plate the courgettes and garnish with fresh herbs.
