Baked aubergines with cheese and walnuts

  1. Wash the aubergines and cut them lengthwise into 1 cm slices.
  2. Chop the nuts, mix with the ricotta, salt and pepper and add the chopped parsley.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Put some oil in the bottom of the bowl and add the aubergines. Brush the other side of the aubergines and season with salt. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, select power level 3, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. When finished, put the aubergines on a plate and allow to cool. Cover with the cheese mixture and season as desired.


  • Large aubergines: 1
  • Olive oil: lev 5
  • Ricotta: 200 gr
  • Salt, pepper: to taste
  • Walnuts: 30 gr
  • Parsley/dill: 2 tablespoons
