  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Clean and cut the asparagus in pieces. Put the asparagus, stock, salt and pepper in the bowl, close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  3. Once cooked (about 20 min, which can vary depending upon the type and size of the asparagus), remove the paddle (be careful, it's hot), add the parmigiano cheese, bread crumbs and oil and spread evenly in the bowl.
  4. Cook for the remaining time or until it has reached the desired degree of browning.


  • white or green asparagus: 700 gr
  • olive oil: lev 5
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste
  • parmigiano cheese: 30 gr
  • breadcrumbs: 20 gr
  • stock: 200 ml
