  1. Peel and core the apples, roll out the pastry and cut in quarters to get 4 small rectangles. Put the apples in the centre and fill the hole with jam and some raisins.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar (optional) and close the edges of the pastry, pressing down so the apple is sealed inside. Brush the surface with milk so they brown during cooking.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Put the pastries inside the bowl with the greaseproof paper in the bottom, close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 2, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. When finished cooking, allow to cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
