Cold coffee cream

A relatively new recipe which is incredibly popular in Italy.


  1. Pour the cream into a container and freeze, do the same with the coffee and rum (mixed together)
  2. Place the vanilla essence and the frozen cream cut into cubes into the mixer (it should become creamy)
  3. Add the frozen coffee cut into cubes, mix for a few seconds
  4. Pour the cream into the coffee glasses and sprinkle with cocoa.


  • 300 ml of cream
  • 250 ml of espresso (or 5 long espressi)
  • Vanilla essence
  • A splash of rum (optional)
