  1. Place chicken legs in resealable bag . Add all of the ingredients, seal bag and massage chicken. Place in refrigerator for at least two hours.
  2. When ready to cook, remove paddle from bowl.
  3. Put marinated chicken into bowl, discarding marinade. Close lid, set machine to position 4, and press bottom heating element on.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes, turn chicken and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Then reduce machine to position 3.
  5. Cook for an additionl 15 minutes, turning 2-3 times during cooking to brown all sides evenly.

  • chicken drumsticks: 6
  • marinade::
  • soy sauce: 1/2 cup
  • teriyaki sauce: 1/4 cup
  • orange marmalade: 2 tbsp
  • pepper: to taste
  • garlic cloves minced: 2
  • lemon juice: half a lemon
  • brown sugar: 4 tsp
  • salt: to taste
