Roast pork with vegetables

  1. Remove paddle from bowl. Season pork with salt and pepper. Chop carrots, potatoes and onion into small pieces. Place pork in middle of bowl. Season vegetables with salt and pepper and disperse evenly in bowl .
  2. Close lid, set power level to position 3, press bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Cook for about 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees. Remove pork from bowl and wrap in aluminum foil to rest.
  3. Insert paddle into bowl and continue to cook vegetables for an additional 15-20 minutes are until softened. Add stock or water if necessary if mixture is dry.


  • pork loin (should have some fat on top): 2 lbs
  • salt ,pepper: to taste
  • carrots: 4 medium, about 3 cups chopped
  • potatoes: 3 medium, about 3 cups chopped
  • onion: 1, about 1 cup chopped
  • garlic clove: 1
  • stock: 1 cup, or more if needed
