  1. Line bowl with 10-inch round parchment. Open puff pastry sheet, should be about 9 1/2-inches by 9 1/2 inches. Spread pesto evenly over top.
  2. Cut cheese in 1/10 th of an inch thin slices and arrange in a single layer on top of the pesto. Roll up the puff pastry to form a log, making sure the seal is on bottom of log.
  3. Remove paddle from bowl. Line bowl with parchement paper, leaving an edge over the sides.
  4. Cut roll into 9 slices., about 1-inch each. Place inside prepared bowl.
  5. Close lid, set machine to position 3, press bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  6. Cook the swirls for 12-15 minutes or until puff pastry is lightly golden.
