  1. Insert paddle in bowl
  2. Put caulifower, oil, stock and salt into bowl.
  3. Close lid, set power level to position 4, press bottom heating element button and press on/off button. Cook for 15 minutes or until desired degree of browning.
  4. Turn off the machine and sprinkle cheese over the cauliflower. Close the lid and allow the cheese to melt, about 1 minute.

  • cauliflower florets: 10 cups
  • oil: Level 3
  • vegetable stock or broth: 1 cup
  • salt: to taste
  • shredded cheddar: 3/4 cup
