Orange salmon baked packages

  1. Chop shallot and zest and juice one of the oranges (should be about 3/4 cup juice). Place in resealable bag along with salt, pepper, olive oil, soy sauce, and chopped shallot. Add salmon, seal bag and coat fish; let marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. When ready to cook fish, cut 4 sheets of aluminium foil. Lay each piece of fish on a separate sheet of foil. Season with salt and pepper. Put 1-2 tablespoons of marinade on top of the fish. Slice remaining orange and top each piece of fish with a slices. Seal the packet by gathering the foil into the center of the fish.
  4. Put the packet inside the bowl, close the lid, set the power level to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes depending on how well done you prefer your fish. Open the packet and serve garnished with the chopped chives.
