Breaded Chicken Cutlet

  • eggs: 1
  • bread crumbs: 1/2 cup
  • olive oil: Level 5
  • chicken cutlet: 4 each, about 1 lb
  • salt: 1/4 tsp + more to taste

  1. In a shallow dish with sides, add eggs and beat well with a fork. Place bread crumbs and 1/4 teaspoon salt in another shallow bowl with sides. Dip chicken breast in eggs and then bread crumbs. Press the chicken into the mixture so it is completely coated. Refrigerate for at least a half hour.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put oil in bottom of bowl, put chicken on top, close lid, set power level to position 4, press bottom heating element button and press on/off button. Cook for about 12 minutes turning meat over after 8 minutes of cooking until chicken is crispy and cooked through. Season with salt and serve immediately.
