  • Coffee beans
  • Water



  1. Grind coffee beans on setting 14
  2. Add coffee grinds to container then top with water; making sure that all the coffee is saturated with water (no dry spots)
  3. Let sit for 12 hours at room temperature
  4. Strain with mesh kitchen strainer into a new clean container. Then strain again into the original container using cheese cloth to get out the finer particles
  5. Keep refrigerated and it is generally good for 1-2 weeks.

Note: For every 1 cup coffee use 5 cups water
