Lavender Latte

This recipe was developed by De’Longhi’s Barista Partner, Laila Ghambari as part of the De'Longhi Espresso Recipe Series


  • 2 oz (¼ cup) fresh lavender
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • Double shot of brewed espresso
  • 6 oz milk (of your choice)



  1. Add ½ oz Lavender syrup* to an 8oz glass
  2. Top with a double shot of espresso
  3. Steam the milk and pour over the lavender, espresso mix
  4. Top with a sprinkle of lavender if desired 

To make the lavender syrup:


  1. Bring 1 cup of water to boil
  2. Add 2 oz of fresh lavender
  3. Let simmer for approximately 5 minutes
  4. Strain and stir in 1 cup of white sugar until dissolved
