Espresso Mojito

  • ½ lime
  • 3 Mint leaves, plus one sprig for garnish
  • ¼ oz simple syrup
  • Single or double shot of brewed espresso (cooled)
  • Sparkling water



  1. Combine a lime wedge, 3 mint leaves and ¼ oz simple syrup in pint glass and muddle together
  2. Fill pint glass half full with ice
  3. Top with a single or double shot of espresso and either shake or stir
  4. Add more ice if needed
  5. Top drink with sparkling water and garnish with a mint sprig and lime round
