  1. To prepare the wrapped hot dogs, first divide the dough in 3 equal parts (or in 6 if you wish to cut the hot dogs in half).
  2. Roll out the bread dough so you can completely wrap the hot dog. Spread mustard on the dough and set the hot dog in the middle of the rectangle. Wrap it completely like a piece of candy
  3. Wet the bread dough if it does not close easily. Remove the excess from the sides and with a sharp knife make diagonal cuts on the surface of the dough.
  4. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  5. Put the hot dogs in the bottom of the bowl on top of baking paper, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Cook for 30 min.

  • Bread dough (see recipe): 200 gr
  • Mustard (optional): to taste
