  1. First prepare the filling. Put all of the ingredients except the peppers in a food processor (soak the bread in milk to soften it) and mix until it is uniform and compact.
  2. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise, wash, remove the white filaments and the seeds.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Put the four pepper halves in the bowl and fill with the previously prepared mixture. Put a pat of button on top of each pepper.
  5. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3 and press the on/off button. The bottom heating element must be off. Cook for 45 min depending on the size of the peppers. Once cooked they can be eaten hot or warm.

  • Minced meat: 150 gr
  • Sausage: 75 gr
  • Stale bread: 40 gr
  • Chopped parsley: 1 tablespoon
  • Egg: 1
  • Grated cheese: 50 gr
  • Garlic: 1 clove
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
  • Butter : to taste
