  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Julienne the onions and champignon mushrooms after washing them
  3. Arrange everything inside the bowl and add the oil.
  4. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button
  5. Cook for 12 minutes.
  6. Add peeled and diced tomatoes and salt and cook for another 8 minutes.
  7. Remove the paddle from the bowl (be careful it is hot) and spread the vegetables over the bottom of the bowl.
  8. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl with the salt and pepper and pour the mixture on top of the vegetables. Cook for another 7/8 minutes.

  • Red peppers: 1
  • Champignon mushrooms: 100 gr
  • Vine tomatoes: 300 gr
  • Eggs: 6
  • Fine salt: to taste
  • Olive oil: lev 4
  • Black pepper: to taste
