  1. Mix the onion, garlic, spices, parsley, turmeric, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Rub the previously washed chicken pieces with half of the prepared spice mixture.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Put the oil in the bottom of the bowl, add the chicken, close the lid, set the thermostat to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  5. Cook the chicken for 12 min, turning the meat about 3/4 of the way through cooking.
  6. Add the stock and cook for another 15 min.
  7. Chop the zest of one lemon and add it to the remaining marinade then add to the chicken along with the previously drained olives. Continue cooking for another 15 min.
  8. Cut the remaining lemon zest into strips. Once the chicken is cooked, place in a serving dish with the cooking sauce and strips of lemon zest.

  • chicken stock: 250ml
  • lemon zest: 2
  • olives: 150gr
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste
