  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Put the butter in the bottom of the bowl, close the lid, set the thermostat to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  3. Sauté for 3 minutes then add the chopped onion and garlic.
  4. Cook for another 2 min and add the meat cut into 2 cm cubes along with the salt and pepper.
  5. Cook the meat for another 10 min then add the beer, thyme, bay leaf, slices of bread spread with mustard and use a wooden spoon to mix everything together.
  6. Finish cooking for another 75 min, adding water if it is too dry.
