  1. Prepare the marinade by putting the grated lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, olive oil, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and thyme in a bowl.
  2. Put the chicken in the marinate, massage well and let rest for 10 min.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Put the chicken in the bowl along with the marinade, close the lid, set the thermostat to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  5. Cook for about 35 min, turning the chicken over 2-3 times during cooking.
