  1. Put the yoghurt in a bowl along with all the spices, add the cubed chicken and mix well.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl and insert the grill.
  3. Pour the water in the bottom of the bowl to prevent unpleasant odours during cooking.
  4. Prepare the kebabs with the marinated chicken pieces and put them directly on the grill covered with aluminium foil.
  5. Once the kebabs are finished, close the lid, select the GRILL program, select power level 3, set 20 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  6. Turn the kebabs after about 13-15 mins and finish cooking for the remainder of the set time.


  • chicken in pieces: 350gr
  • Yoghurt: 125 gr
  • ground masala spice: 1 teaspoon
  • turmeric: 1 teaspoon
  • paprika: 1 tablespoon
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste
  • water: 200ml
