  1. Soak the bread in milk for a few minutes
  2. Peel the onion, carrot and potato. Pass the meat, onions, carrots, potatoes and bread through a meat grinder. (If you don't have a meat grinder use a food processor with the blades attached.)
  3. Put the mixture in a large bowl, add the egg yolk, salt and pepper and mix until compact.
  4. Make meatballs and roll in flour.
  5. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  6. Pour the oil in the bowl, add a few meatballs, close the lid, select the "POT" program, set power level 4, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button. Turn the meatballs after about 8-9 minutes.
