  1. Marinate the chicken wings in the barbecue sauce.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl and insert the grill.
  3. Pour the water in the bottom of the bowl to prevent unpleasant odours during cooking.
  4. Put the chicken wings directly on the grill, close the lid, select the GRILL program, set power level 3, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. Turn the wings after about 13-15 mins and finish cooking for the remainder of the set time.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by finely chopping the garlic, basil and mint. Place them in a bowl and mix with the chopped yoghurt, oil, salt and lemon

  • barbecue sauce: 100gr
  • water: 200ml
  • Ingredients for the yoghurt sauce::
  • Greek yoghurt: 125 gr
  • Garlic: 1/2 clove
  • Basil: 1 leaf
  • Mint: 2 leaves
  • lemon juice: a few drops
  • Olive oil: lev 1
  • Salt: to taste
