Method

Mix together coffee and sugar, minced orange and Cognac then add the whipped cream and orange peel.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml of espresso coffee
  • 1 spoon of minced orange
  • 1 shot of Cognac
  • Whipped cream
  • Sugar (to taste)
