Ingredients

  • Pork: 500 gr
  • Potatoes: 3
  • Carrots: 1
  • Onion: 1
  • Beets: 1
  • Cabbage: 250 gr
  • Tomato paste: 200 gr
  • Salt, pepper: to taste
  • Vegetable oil: level 4
  • chopped parsley: 1 tablespoon
  • Water: 1.5 litres
  • Sour cream:

Method

  1. Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut the potatoes in cubes, julienne the carrots and mince the beets and onions.
  2. Cut the meat into cubes and the cabbage into strips.
  3. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  4. Put the oil in the bowl then add the meat, onions, carrots and beets. Close the lid, select the POT program, set power level 3, set 80 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. After 20 minutes add the potatoes, cabbage, tomato sauce, salt and water and finish cooking, lowering the power after 15-20 minutes to level 2.
  6. When finished add the chopped parsley.
  7. Serve with sour cream.
