Ingredients

  • Noodle: 200 gr
  • Ingredients for the meat sauce::
  • Lamb: 500 gr
  • Carrots: 2
  • Potatoes: 4
  • Onion: 1
  • Aubergines: 1
  • Peppers: 1
  • Salt, pepper: to taste
  • Tomatoes: 3
  • Fresh chopped parsley and dill.: 2 tablespoons

Method

  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Wash the meat and vegetables. Cut the meat and vegetables into equal size cubes.
  3. Pour the oil in the bowl and add the meat, peppers, carrots and onions. Close the lid, select the POT function, select power level 3, set 60 min and press the program start/stop button.
  4. After 20 mins add the tomatoes, potatoes, aubergines, salt and fill with water up to the MAX level.
  5. Cook the noodles separately, divide into 4 bowls and pour the meat sauce on top.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh herbs.
