sweet corn with pine nuts

Ingredients

  • carrots: 250 gr
  • frozen peas: 200 gr
  • corn: 300 gr
  • pine nuts: 20 gr
  • milk: 100gr
  • sugar: 10 gr
  • sunflower oil: lev 5
  • salt: to taste

Method

  1. Cut the carrots in cubes of the same size as the peas and boil in a pan for 1-2 min.
  2. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  3. Add the pine nuts, close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 3 min and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Toast the pine nuts.
  5. Remove the pine nuts from the bowl, pour the oil and vegetables inside, close the lid, select the POT program, set power level 4, set 15 min and press the program start/stop button.
  6. After 4-5 min add the pine nuts, milk, sugar and salt and finish cooking for the indicated time (lower the power level if it starts to sauté too much).
