Ingredients

  • Rainbow trout: 1 kg
  • Black pepper: 25 peppercorns
  • Dill leaves: to taste
  • Almonds: 40 g
  • Salt: to taste
  • Olive oil: lev. 5

Method

  1. Cut the trout in cubes and marinate it for 1/2 hour together with the rest of the ingredients (except salt).
  2. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  3. Put everything in the bowl along with the salt, close the lid, select the STEW/RICE program, set power level 4, set 20 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Serve with a drizzle of oil on top.
