Ingredients

  • cabbage: 550gr
  • garlic clove: 1
  • sunflower oil: lev 5
  • salt: to taste
  • tomato paste: 1 tablespoon

Method

  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Put the garlic in the bowl along with the oil, close the lid, select the "POT" program, set power level 4, set 40 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  3. Sauté for 2 minutes then add the cabbage cut into strips along with 200 ml water and salt.
  4. Cook the cabbage for 18 minutes and then add the tomato paste thinned in a half glass of water.
  5. Finish cooking for the time indicated or until all the water has evaporated.
