Ingredients

  • canned beans: 750 gr
  • tomato puree: 450 gr
  • carrot: 1
  • shallots or onions: 2
  • sprig of rosemary: 1
  • salt and pepper: to taste
  • olive oil: lev. 4

Method

  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Put the chopped onion and carrot in the bowl along with the rosemary, add the oil, close the lid, select the POT program, set power level 4, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  3. After 4 minutes, add the beans that have been drained and rinsed and cook for another 3 min.
  4. Add the tomato, 1/2 glass of water, salt and pepper and continue cooking for the set time, lowering the power level if necessary.
