Ingredients

  • Round puff pastry (32 cm diameter): 2 packages (460 g)
  • Champignon mushrooms: 400 g
  • Onion: 1
  • Melted cheese: 200 g
  • Eggs: 3
  • Egg yolk for browning: 1
  • Vegetable oil: level 4
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dill: 2 tablespoons

Method

  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Wash the mushrooms and cut into strips. Peel the onion and slice thinly.
  3. Put the mushrooms and onions in the bowl along with the oil. Close the lid, select the OVEN function, select power level 2, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Hard boil the 3 eggs (about 10 min from when the water starts to boil). Crumble the eggs in a bowl, grate the cheese with a coarse grater and add the mushrooms and onions. Mix well.
  5. Wash and mince the dill then add to the filling.
  6. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  7. Roll out one roll of pastry inside the bowl. Pour the filling on top and close with the second roll of pastry, pinching the edges to seal.
  8. Prick the pastry with a fork and brush with egg yolk.
  9. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, select power level 2, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  10. Cut into slices and serve.
