Ingredients

  • aubergines: 200 gr
  • vine tomatoes: 2
  • garlic clove: 1
  • olive oil: lev 5
  • salt: to taste
  • oregano: to taste
  • basil leaf: 3
  • Greek feta: 150gr
  • sheet of round puff pastry: 1

Method

  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Put the oil and garlic inside, close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 13 min and press the program start/stop button.
  3. Sauté for 2 min then add the cubed aubergines, chopped tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt and finish cooking.
  4. Put the aubergines in a plate, remove the paddle from the bowl (be careful, it's hot) and clean the bowl.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry inside the bowl with the greaseproof paper underneath it and prick the bottom with the tines of a fork.
  6. Put the aubergines sauce inside along with the crumbled feta, roll the edges of the dough inside and use a pair of scissors to cut the excess greaseproof paper (leave a few pieces to use for turning and removing the pie).
  7. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 2, set 23 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  8. For more uniform cooking, after about 15 min turn the pie 180° using the greaseproof paper.
