Ingredients

  • Flour: 300 gr
  • Warm milk: 100 ml
  • Water: 100 ml
  • Butter: 30 gr
  • Fresh yeast: 10 gr
  • Sugar: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 0.5 teaspoon

  • Spinach leaves: 300 gr
  • feta cheese: 200 gr
  • Chives: 100 gr
  • Salt, pepper: to taste

Method


Calories:


  1. Proof the yeast in the warm milk, add the water, sugar and sifted flour and knead until soft.
  2. Add the cooled melted butter and salt. If the dough is too wet, add 1-2 tablespoons of flour.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Close the lid, select the AIRGRILL program, select power level 4, set 2 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. When finished pre-heating, put the dough inside the bowl on top of the greaseproof paper, cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  6. In the meantime, wash the spinach and chives and mince. Grate the cheese with a large gauge grater and mix with the herbs, salt and pepper.
  7. Roll out the dough into a round shape about 1 cm thick and spread the filling over half of the dough.
  8. Fold over the ends and press them together using your fingers.
  9. Flatten the surface of the pie with a 26-27 cm rolling pin and put inside the bowl on top of the greaseproof paper. Slice in the middle to allow the steam to escape and brush the surface with beaten egg.
  10. Close the lid, select the PIZZA program, set power level 3, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  11. Brown the top part of the pie, select the OVEN function, select power level 3, set 10 min and press the program start/stop button.
  12. Serve hot
