Ingredients

  • Puff pastry or shortcrust pastry, 32 cm in diameter: 2 (500 g)
  • Fillet of salmon: 500 g
  • Red Pepper: 1
  • Spinach leaves: 200 g
  • Melted cheese: 150 g
  • Egg yolk for browning: 1
  • Eggs: 2

Method

  1. Wash the fish fillets and boil for 10 minutes in salted water. Allow to cool and cut into small pieces.
  2. Grate the cheese, wash the spinach and chop, boil the egg, peel and cut into cubes.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Roll out the pastry inside the bowl with the greaseproof paper underneath. Put one layer of spinach on top followed by a layer of fish and grated cheese and finally a layer of egg.
  5. Cover with a second sheet of pastry, brush with egg yolk and prick with a fork.
  6. Close the lid, select the OVEN function, select power level 2, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  7. When finished cooking, carefully remove the cake from the bowl and put on a plate.
