Method

  1. Remove the soft part of the bread to make an empty cylinder (make pieces of about 10 cm, otherwise it is difficult to do)
  2. Remove the skin from the sausage and put inside the cavity in the bread so that it is completely filled. Cut the bread in rounds about 2 cm wide.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Set the pastries in the bottom of the bowl (6 at a time), close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 10 min and press the program start/stop button.
  5. Turn the pastries after about 5/6 mins.
  6. Serve hot.
