Ingredients

  • Ingredients for 16 saltimbocca:
  • veal, 70-80 gr each: 16 slices
  • Parma ham: 16 slices
  • sage: 16 leaves
  • butter: 20 gr
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste

Method

  1. Put the meat slices in a sheet of greaseproof paper and beat each slice with a meat tenderiser. Lay a slice of ham over the meat, then a washed sage leaf, roll up and close with a toothpick.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put the butter in the bowl, close the lid, select the POT program, set power level 4, set 10 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Melt the butter for 2 minutes then add the meat and finish cooking for the set time, turning the saltimbocca 1-2 times.
