Salmon with herb roasted potatoes

Ingredients

  • Onion: 400 gr
  • Potatoes: 600 gr
  • Salt, pepper: to taste
  • Dried rosemary: 1 teaspoon
  • Dried thyme: 1 teaspoon
  • Onion: 1
  • sunflower oil: lev 5

Method

  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Wash the potatoes, put in the bowl with the skin on and cover with water without exceeding the MAX level on the bowl. Close the lid, select the POT function, select power level 4, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  3. Remove the potatoes, allow them to cool then peel and cut into large slices.
  4. Wash the salmon, dry with a cloth and remove the skin and bones if necessary. Cut in pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Put the oil in the bowl, arrange the potato slices on top and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with dried rosemary.
  6. Peel the onion then wash it and cut it into rings and arrange on top of the potatoes. Arrange the salmon pieces on top. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, select power level 3, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  7. Carefully plate the potatoes with the fish and sprinkle with herbs.
