Ingredients

  • Ricotta: 1 кg
  • Eggs: 4
  • Sugar: 200 gr
  • Salt: 1 pinch
  • Butter: 70 gr
  • Sour cream: 150 ml
  • Starch: 3 tablespoons
  • Raisins: 50 gr
  • Vanilla: 1 pinch

Method

  1. Separate the egg yolks. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until they are whipped.
  2. Put the ricotta, egg yolks, sugar, butter, sour cream and starch in a mixer and blend well.
  3. Add the whipped egg whites, raisins (previously soaked) and vanillin.
  4. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  5. Cover the bottom of the bowl with greaseproof paper and pour the ricotta mixture on top.
  6. Close the lid, select the CAKE program, select power level 2, set 35 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  7. When finished, remove the cake, allow it to cool, slice and serve with sour cream or jam.
