Ingredients

  • Frozen mussels: 200 gr
  • Frozen peeled prawns: 200 gr
  • Carrots: 1
  • Onion: 1
  • Basmati rice: 150 gr
  • Spices for rice pilaf: to taste
  • Salt: to taste
  • Water: 550 ml

Method

  1. Thaw the prawns and shellfish and drain Wash and peel the carrots and onions and cut into cubes.
  2. Rinse the rise several times until the water comes out clean
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.

  6. When finished add the rice, water and salt and mix well. Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE function, select power level 4, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
