  • Raspberries: 1000 g
  • Sugar: 1000 g
  • lemon juice: 50 ml

  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Wash the raspberries thoroughly
  3. Put the raspberries in the bowl, pour the sugar on top and add the lemon juice. Close the lid, select the POT program, set power level 3, set 45 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Pour the jam in a sterilised container.
