Ingredients

  • Treviso radicchio: 600 gr
  • leek: 1
  • red wine: 1/2 glass
  • olive oil: lev 5
  • salt: to taste

Method

  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Chop the leek and spread it over the bottom of the bowl with the oil.
  3. Close the lid, select the POT program, set power level 4, set 20 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. After about 3 mins, add the previously cleaned and chopped radicchio, the red wine and salt. Ideal for filling crepes, lasagne, savoury pies, etc.
