Ingredients

  • fresh potatoes (to peel): 1500 gr
  • smoked bacon: 150 gr
  • peanut oil: lev 5
  • salt and pepper: to taste
  • sprig of rosemary: 2

Method

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges. Place the potatoes under running water for a few minutes and rinse thoroughly. Drain and dry thoroughly with paper towel.
  2. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  3. Put the potatoes, rosemary and just the right amount of oil in the bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Close the lid, select the POTATOES program, set power level 3, set 43 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. After about 15 mins, add the diced bacon and finish cooking for the remainder of the set time.
