Ingredients

  • Potatoes: 1 Kg
  • Pork: 500 gr
  • Onion: 1
  • Carrots: 2
  • Salt: 1 1/2 teaspoons
  • Sour cream: 200 ml
  • Water: 250 ml
  • Chopped parsley: 2 tablespoons
  • pepper: to taste
  • Vegetable oil: level 4

Method

  1. Wash and clean the vegetables. Cut the potatoes, carrots and onions into cubes.
  2. Cut the meat into small pieces the same size as the vegetables.
  3. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  4. Put the oil in the bowl and add the meat and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper then add the sour cream and water. Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE function, select power level 4, set 60 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. After 10-15 minutes, lower the power level to 2.
