Ingredients

  • Smoked pork ribs: 350 gr
  • Potatoes: 4
  • Carrots: 2
  • Peas: 200 gr
  • Onion: 1
  • Water: 1500 ml
  • Salt, pepper: to taste
  • Smoked ham: 150 gr
  • Vegetable oil: level 4

Method

  1. Wash the peas and soak them for several hours in cold water then rinse.
  2. Wash and peel the vegetables and cut into pieces.
  3. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  4. Put the oil in the bowl and arrange the ribs on top. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, select power level 3, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. At the end of the set time add the peas, vegetables, water and salt. Close the lid, select the POT function, select power level 4, set 90 minutes and press the program start/stop button. As soon as the liquid starts to boil, lower the power level to 2.
  6. In the meantime, cut the ham into cubes. When finished cooking, pour the soup into bowls and garnish with the ham.
