Ingredients

  • Pasta: 250 gr.
  • Milk: 100 ml
  • Vegetable oil: level 3
  • Salt: 1 pinch
  • Ricotta: 350 gr.
  • Eggs: 2
  • Sugar: 3 tablespoons
  • Butter: 10 gr.

Method

  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Pour in the water and salt and add the vegetable oil. Close the lid, select the POT function, select power level 4, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  3. As soon as the water starts boiling (about 15-20 min) pour the pasta in and cook for the amount of time given on the package.
  4. Drain the pasta, rinse the bowl, remove the paddle and dry thoroughly.
  5. In the meantime, mix the ricotta with the eggs, milk and sugar and then add to the pasta. Mix well.
  6. Butter the bottom of the bowl and add the pasta with the sauce.
  7. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, select power level 3, set 13 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
