Ingredients

  • "Hercules" grains: 100 gr
  • Milk: 400ml
  • Water: 300ml
  • Sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: 1 pinch
  • Butter: 20 gr

Method

  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Pour the grains, salt, sugar and milk in the bowl. Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE function, select power level 2, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  3. At the end of cooking add the butter and stir.
  4. Tip: when adding the ingredients you can also add raisins, which were previously soaked in water, and dried apricots.
  5. Serve with honey and grated apple
