  • cherry tomatoes: 10
  • Taggiasca olives: 50gr
  • capers: 5
  • olive oil: lev 3

Method

  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Lay the sheet of aluminium inside the bowl and put the cleaned and skinned monkfish inside
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, olives, capers, oil and salt to taste
  4. Enclose everything in the aluminium, close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 40 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. Cooking time can vary depending on the weight of the fish.
